Step by step
I will do my best to start learning about your business for your project, so that I can clearly understand the problems might faced by your users and clarify the best solutions. From the initial research stage, we can move on and believe that the website we jointly created will produce results.
Most important things to consider are:
- Purpose
What is the purpose of this website? Do you want to provide information, promote services, sell products…? - Aims
What do you hope to accomplish by building this website? Two of the more common goals are to make money or share information. - Target audience
Is there a specific group of people who can help you achieve your goals? It is helpful to picture the “ideal” people you want to visit your site. Consider their age, gender or interests-it will help determine the best design style for your website in the future. - Content
What kind of information will the target audience look for on your website? Are they looking for specific information, specific products or services, order online?
Using the information collected from the first stage, I should now plan for your website. This is where the site map is developed. The site map is a list of all the main subject areas of the website and subtopics (if applicable). This serves as a guide to the content on the website and is essential for developing a consistent, easy-to-understand navigation system. End users of the website (that is, your customers) must keep in mind when designing the website. After all, these people will be people who understand your services or buy your products. A good user interface can create an easy-to-browse website, which is the basis.
Based on the information collected so far, it is time to determine the appearance of the website.
The target audience is one of the key factors to consider. For example, a website for teenagers looks very different from a website for financial institutions. During the design phase, it is also important to incorporate elements such as company logos or colors to help enhance your company’s identity on the website.
I will create one or more prototype designs for your website. These are usually n images of the final design appearance.
At this stage, the communication between us is essential to ensure that the final website meets your needs and tastes. Before we finalize the design for your website, it is important that we work closely together and exchange ideas.
The development stage is the creation point of the website itself. At this point, I will take all the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual functional site.
Usually, this is done by first developing the homepage, then the “shell” of the internal pages. The shell acts as a template for the content pages of the website because it contains the main navigation structure of the website. After creating the shell, I will take your content and distribute it to the appropriate areas throughout the site.
Throughout the process, I will make your ongoing website available for you to view so that you can suggest any other changes or corrections to be made.
At this point,I will focus on the final details and test your website. Testing things such as the full functionality of forms or other scripts, as well as final tests for last-minute compatibility issues (see the differences between different web browsers) to ensure that your website is optimized for View normally in the latest browser version.
Once I get the final approval, it is time to deliver the site.
However, the development of your website does not necessarily end. One way to attract repeat customers to your site is to regularly provide new content or new products. I will be more than happy to continue working with you to update the information on your website if needed.
Of course I can provide other types of maintenance items include regular site backups, CMS upgrades, and other plugin installations.
